2. AI-Generated Content

Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate goal maps and other content. This content is provided for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the reliability, suitability, or completeness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating the plan before taking action. Goalbadger is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated plans.

3. Auto-Scheduling and Calendar Integration

Goalbadger offers an Auto-Scheduling feature that integrates with your Google Calendar. This feature suggests and creates calendar events based on your goals. By using this feature, you authorize us to read your calendar for availability and write events to it. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining your own schedule and that Goalbadger is not liable for any missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or errors in your calendar resulting from the use of this feature.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or harmful purpose. You will not submit content that is unlawful, dangerous, or promotes self-harm. We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Goalbadger Inc. and its licensors. Content you create (your "User Content") remains yours. However, by creating "Playbooks" or other public content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services.

In no event shall Goalbadger, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS messages from Goalbadger, Inc., you agree to receive text messages for customer support, service updates, and other communications related to your account.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
